Microsoft Dynamics Subscription Licensing – flexible licensing that saves your business money

Looking for ways to reduce the cost of running business software?

In the current economic climate, you can’t afford to pay more than you have to for business software.
Hence, you may want to reconsider how you license your software. For many companies, major savings can be made by changing the way they implement new software.

With Microsoft Dynamics Subscription Licensing, you won’t have any upfront costs for business software. Subscription Licensing gives you access to all the software you need to run your business without the capital outlay required to purchase software.

The problem is that previously, there hasn’t been an easy way to rent business software. If you wanted the power, agility and extensibility of business software like Microsoft Dynamics, you had to decide how many licences you wanted, and pay for them. This can make things hard (and unnecessarily expensive), especially if your user numbers fluctuate during the year.

Subscription Licensing is based on the Software as a Service (SaaS) model of software delivery.

We can now offer you this very different kind of licensing. SaaS is a special arrangement that allows you to flexibly ‘rent’ all your Microsoft software on a monthly basis.

Subscription Licensing offers you:

Flexible user-based charging: Subscription Licensing means you’re charged based on how many users actually use the software in a given month. That means you only pay for what you’re using each month – as your user numbers drop, so do your costs.

Extremely competitive pricing: Subscription Licensing can help many businesses save significantly on the cost of buying outright licenses and paying yearly maintenance.

Easier cashflow management: Subscription Licensing requires little in terms of start-up costs, so hitting the ground running is often far easier and less expensive.

Up to Date Software – Always! Subscription Licensing ensures that you have access to the latest software versions and upgrades for each new release.

In addition, all costs of new hardware and the associated implementation project can be financed and you can choose from the following deployment options for Microsoft Dynamics Subscription offerings;

On-premise hosting: Your Microsoft Dynamics-based solution is run in-house, similar to what you do with any other traditional business application, using an Appliance Subscription License.

Service-provider hosting: A service provider hosts your Microsoft Dynamics solutions remotely, from the service provider’s premises. Users access these hosted applications over the internet or via dedicated telecommunications connections.

These options are available for both Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
